To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Process Manager (m/f/d)

What to expect from us

Conducting process analyses to identify operational challenges and optimization potential
Recommendation of effective measures to improve the execution of business processes and workflows within the company
Detailed documentation of our business processes at the level of individual tasks and steps (procedures)
Identification and support in the implementation and monitoring of process key figures (KPIs) in close coordination with the corresponding departments
Participation in complex projects for the implementation and further development or optimization of new and existing business processes

What convinces us

Several years of professional experience in relevant positions (especially process management, process analysis, conceptual and interdisciplinary work)
Completed vocational or university education in business administration, economics, organizational theory or (business) informatics
Professional experience in process management, especially in the systematic recording, visualization and analysis of processes, desirable
