    The Job

    The Role:
    Sales Executive


    As a Sales Executive, you will be fully responsible for further expanding Entrust's services, with an exclusive focus on the Enterprise market.

    This is a truly entrepreneurial and free sales position where you will:


    Be an Entrepreneur:
    Focus entirely on attracting large future customers in the Netherlands.

    Own the Process:
    Have a major influence on all phases of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.

    Drive Growth:
    Directly contribute to the continued growth of Entrust by securing significant new business.
    Key Responsibilities

    Consultative Selling:
    Listen, analyze, and deeply understand the problems of our potential customers. Become an expert in Consultative Selling, quickly building positive business cases to realize internal decision-making.

    Sales Leadership:

    Take charge during the sales process and work closely with the Inside Sales team to ensure smooth follow-up and settlement.


    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Have daily contact with the right internal colleagues (Product, Support, IT, Legal, Compliance, Business, and/or management) to ensure the sales process runs as smoothly as possible.


    Market Analysis & Prospecting:
    Actively detect, analyze, and prospect new markets, focusing on attracting Enterprises in the Netherlands.

    Ideal Candidate
    Basic Qualifications

    Education & Language:
    Bachelor's or Master's degree. You must be fluent in both English and Dutch (written and spoken).

    Experience:
    Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
    Proven experience in recruiting potential new customers, expanding existing networks in a comparable environment, and successfully closing deals.

    Skills:
    A natural ability to explore through your expertise and enthusiasm, easily establishing collaborations.

    Experience communicating with all types of organizations (SMEs and Enterprises) and people in various positions (e.g., Business Unit Managers, Purchasing Managers, Sales).


    Bonus:
    Affinity with IT / SaaS is a significant advantage.
