Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to join our team.
The Delivery Driver will be responsible for transporting goods from the FedEx terminal in Richmond, CA to various business and residential locations, ensuring timely and safe deliveries.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations
- Load and unload items from the vehicle
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and delays
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks
- Adhere to traffic laws and regulations during deliveries
Requirements:
- A valid regular driver's license (Class C) with clean driving record
- Legal status to work in the USA
- At least 21 years of age
- Conversational English
- Punctual, reliable and honest
- Must be able to clear a medical and drug test
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks
- Experience with commercial driving and box trucks preferred
- Excellent communication skills and customer serviceoriented attitude
Pay:
$ $222.71 per day
