Position Summary


Delivers timely, quality service experiences to our community association management clients, while leveraging best practices across our systems, procedures, and service delivery.

This role requires excellent communication, problem solving, teamwork and collaboration skills in a fast-paced working environment. The Assistant Property Manager is well positioned as our company grows, based on their flexibility, adaptability, and organizational knowledge.


Essential Functions

  • Process maintenance requests
  • Create work order in AppFolio Property Manager Software
  • Dispatch appropriate vendor
  • Follow up on work order status with vendors and maintain in AppFolio
  • Create invoice from work order upon receipt of billable items
  • Create and monitor violation letters
  • Prepare and distribute welcome letters
  • Create and distribute monthly Board Meeting packages
  • Create and distribute all notices and packages related to Annual Meetings of Unit Owners
  • Attends Annual Meetings for each management account in portfolio (evenings)
  • Create 6D Certificates (MA Condominium Accounts) and Resale Packages (CT Condominium Accounts)
  • Complete Bank Questionnaires
  • Performs general office duties such as scanning, copying, folding/stuffing mailings, etc.
  • Creates Newsletters, broadcast messages, and other communication through AppFolio
  • Administers vendor compliance with insurance and licensing requirements
  • Maintains database of vendor tax identification information

Job Requirements
Property management experience required. Solid technology/computer skills are essential, with a proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel. Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment is required. Must possess excellent telephone/customer service and written communication skills.


Pay:
$50, $55,000.00 per year

Education:


  • High school or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

Condominium Association Management: 3 years (required)
Property Management: 2 years (required)


License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (preferred)
