For our Municipal Management (TK) department, we are looking for a
Municipal Project Management Specialist (m/f/d) at our Helmstedt location as soon as possible.

A challenging task

Structuring and managing projects for municipal transformation, i.e. decarbonization of municipalities towards climate neutrality, with a focus on municipal heat planning
Continuous stakeholder analysis and management, particularly advising and supporting municipal representatives/department heads in discussions with decisionmakers in politics/business
Further development and support of the concession strategy and derivation of regional measures, especially for municipal transformation
Conception and coordination of municipal transformation involving relevant local stakeholders
Analysis and development of specific measures for a regional solution portfolio for our municipal partners to support the implementation of the energy transition onsite, including responsibility for implementing subprojects
Coordination between subprojects of individual Avacon companies throughout the transformation process
