    If you are prepared to drive innovation in global technology platforms, consider joining our Service Platform team within Client's Compute Platforms and Developer Experience (CPDE) organization. You will contribute to revolutionizing our technology landscape by simplifying and modernizing our systems. Our focus is on providing cohesive multi-cloud managed services that leverage the latest container, serverless, and cloud technologies to empower CLIENT Digital Athletes in building, delivering, monitoring, and scaling platforms efficiently.

    As a Platform Engineer for Client Runtime Foundation, you will play a key role in implementing technical solutions that support our Platform Strategy. Working alongside other Platform Engineers, you will contribute to technical design and solutions that drive business success through technological innovations.

    Scope and Responsibilities:


    - Contribute to designing and developing technical solutions for a Kubernetes Foundational Platform


    - Develop Kubernetes controllers and deploy CNCF components using GitOps


    - Provide technical coaching to junior engineers


    - Apply best-in-class design and architecture principles related to security, observability, availability, and reliability


    - Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to refine epics into actionable stories


    - Contribute to development standards, ways of working, and training initiatives


    - Present and advocate for technology solutions to various teams within the organization

    Minimum qualifications:


    - 6+ years of software development experience


    - 2+ years of experience operating Kubernetes-based solutions in production


    - Experience in designing and developing large-scale distributed systems on public cloud platforms


    - Strong understanding of networking protocols and layers

    Preferred qualifications:


    - Experience in developing Kubernetes controllers using Golang


    - Familiarity with tools like ArgoCD, Crossplane, for GitOps implementation


    - Ability to create cloud-agnostic solutions


    - Knowledge of governance and compliance requirements for Global Platforms


    - Customer-oriented mindset with an understanding of enterprise workloads


    - Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrix environment
