People

We're a welcoming, resilient, and collaborative team of 5 physicians and 13 CRNAs.

Our team is comprised of clinicians from diverse geographic, educational, and training backgrounds. Our anesthesia department enjoys excellent support from the surgeons and operating room staff.

We are looking for a strong clinician to join our group as the anesthesia medical director

Practice

Winter Haven Hospital, a community hospital with 500 beds and excellent subspecialty support, is proud to serve our community.

Our anesthesia team sees a wide variety of cases including general surgical, ortho, EP/IR, ENT, GI, and endo.

Our schedule is Monday through Friday with limited call and weekends.

The compensation range for this medical director role is strong, with a first-year salary from $520,000 (W2) to $562,

A sign-on bonus and relocation reimbursement are available.
