    Description
    To our prospective medical director teammates,
    I'm the regional medical director for the Sound Anesthesia program at Winter Haven Hospital in Winter Haven, Florida. This medical director role is an incredible opportunity to grow as a physician and leader. Our team is comprised of clinicians from diverse geographic, educational, and training backgrounds. Our anesthesia department enjoys excellent support from the surgeons and operating room staff.
    I believe in being a supportive leader with a service mindset.
    We are looking for a strong clinician to join our group as the anesthesia medical director

    Winter Haven Hospital, a community hospital with 500 beds and excellent subspecialty support, is proud to serve our community.

    Our anesthesia team sees a wide variety of cases including general surgical, ortho, EP/IR, ENT, GI, and endo.
    Our schedule is Monday through Friday with limited call and weekends.
    The compensation range for this medical director role is strong, with a first-year salary from $520,000 (W2) to $562,
    A sign-on bonus and relocation reimbursement are available.

    Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D insurance, long- and short-term disability, 401k with match, paid medical malpractice and tail coverage, and annual CME allowance.
