Your tasks:

  • You are responsible for directly managing a defined sales territory nationally and internationally
  • You maintain and expand existing business relationships
  • You actively acquire new customers and projects
  • You develop concepts and solutions for our customers
  • You work on product development
  • You are responsible for sales and revenue and report directly to the management
  • With your professional expertise and high commitment, you ensure consistent exploitation of market potential and implementation of company goals
  • You monitor market developments, utilize opportunities to expand our market position, and contribute to the conception and implementation of new product ideas and marketing concepts

Your profile:

  • You have initial professional experience in product management or sales of construction chemical products
  • You ideally have a successfully completed degree in engineering, surface technology, plastics technology or a comparable degree or professional experience in these areas
  • You have very good German and English skills (C1+)
  • You have strong communication and networking skills as well as a confident appearance
  • You are characterized by high commitment and initiative to initiate new projects or product developments and actively participate in their implementation
  • You work in a structured and independent manner, with a high quality standard ("hands-on" mentality)
  • You have very good computer skills in common MS Office products
