Sales Manager in the Industrial Business Unit - Irving, United States - Horizon Group
Description
Your tasks:
- You are responsible for directly managing a defined sales territory nationally and internationally
- You maintain and expand existing business relationships
- You actively acquire new customers and projects
- You develop concepts and solutions for our customers
- You work on product development
- You are responsible for sales and revenue and report directly to the management
- With your professional expertise and high commitment, you ensure consistent exploitation of market potential and implementation of company goals
- You monitor market developments, utilize opportunities to expand our market position, and contribute to the conception and implementation of new product ideas and marketing concepts
Your profile:
- You have initial professional experience in product management or sales of construction chemical products
- You ideally have a successfully completed degree in engineering, surface technology, plastics technology or a comparable degree or professional experience in these areas
- You have very good German and English skills (C1+)
- You have strong communication and networking skills as well as a confident appearance
- You are characterized by high commitment and initiative to initiate new projects or product developments and actively participate in their implementation
- You work in a structured and independent manner, with a high quality standard ("hands-on" mentality)
- You have very good computer skills in common MS Office products
