Village Green Alzheimer's Care Home is excited to announce the creation of a PRN Pool for all of our locations and we are seeking individuals that are interested in filling those positions.

Our homes are located in Conroe, Champions, Tomball, Cypress, Kingwood and Augusta Pines.

If you are interested in a PRN position for one or more days a week, then we would like to hear from you.

We are seeking for all shifts at all locations. Please indicate on your entry which location you prefer and we will be reaching out to you.

We offer

Staffing ratio of 1 caregiver to every 4 residents

Maximum resident census of 16

Responsibilities:

*Caregiver responsibilities include assist residents with all ADL's, including toileting/bathing, beverage or food service (snacks), 2 hour rounds, laundry service, and housekeeping duties, activities, and *A clear background, a minimum of 3 years experience with Dementia and Alzheimer's, punctual, strong team player, open minded and willing to learn new approaches to resident care, and professional in both conduct and communication with all individuals. *We are seeking individuals who are willing to demonstrate commitment to our high level of care for our residents, families, and team, understanding our philosophy of Respect, Dignity and Compassion to all persons. A cooperative spirit and ability to be part of a team. *Positive attitude is a must have in our home. *We are a pet friendly home and regard our pets as residents, MUST LOVE ANIMALS, and be willing to assist in their care when needed

Qualifications:

*Experience working as a personal care aide or similar field *Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain empathetic to patient needs *High attention to detail *Certifications that may apply

Available shifts and compensation:
We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $ $11.00/hour.
