The Chamber of Crafts Rheinhessen, as a service center for all craft companies and their employees in the Rheinhessen region, is currently seeking a full-time or part-time employee (m/f/d) for our service center/customer service department.

This position is initially limited to two years.


Your responsibilities:

  • As the first point of contact for all customers of the Chamber of Crafts, you will answer initial inquiries, mostly by phone but also via email, in a competent and customeroriented manner. For more indepth inquiries, you will refer customers to the appropriate departments.
  • You will cover the entire spectrum of our customer service, from providing initial technical assistance to answering questions about our digital services.
  • As an internal service provider, you will support the departments in processing various administrative tasks.
  • In rotation with your team, you will also be responsible for the reception area during early shifts (starting at 7:00 am) or late shifts (ending at 6:00 pm), serving as a contact person for all questions from companies located in the building.
  • Other tasks within the team include processing and digitizing mail, ordering and monitoring supplies, and occasionally planning and organizing inhouse events.

Your profile:

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship (e.g. as an office management assistant, in the hotel industry, or in insurance).
  • Ideally, you have some experience in telephone customer service or in providing services to people.
