In this role, you'll lead the way in preparing and sending quotations to our Government Customers and handle subsequent requests for information.


You will work with customers, suppliers, and internal team members to ensure quotations are compliant, products are priced accordingly, and company quality procedures are followed.


Your day-to-day responsibilities:

reviewing solicitations and request quotations from government customers and end users, reviewing supplier quotes, preparing cost and pricing data for customers, negotiating pricing, and more


Here's what you'll do:
- requirements from phone, government portals, mail + Review RFQ
- request quotations from suppliers including flow down of contractual requirements including certs.

  • Collaborate with internal departments at preaward stage to support customer needs review supplier quote for completeness,
- negotiate with supplier on price as necessary.

  • Prepare cost and pricing data & send quotations to customers.
  • Perform due diligence and supply recommendations when meeting questions or problems that need to be elevated.
  • Negotiate price and terms and conditions with customer.
  • Maintains an effective follow up process to ensure that opportunities are quoted and awarded suppliers.
  • Completes all other assignments that may be required by the company

Required Skills:


  • Minimum 3 years of progressive Aviation relevant experience in supply chain, preferably Subcontracts or Material Program Management
  • Experience in Aerospace industry
  • Experience with contract flow through requirements and Terms / Conditions, Firm Fixed Price and/or Cost Type Subcontracts
  • Experience with import/export regulations (ITAR/EAR)
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal oversight
  • Experience using Quantum is necessary at confident level.
  • Must prove attention to detail, and be organized and meet deadlines in challenging situations
