- •Unloads products from tractor-trailers and rail containers
- •Verifies product received is identified and counted accurately.
- •Inspects condition of received product, remove damaged or non-conforming products. Process defective product as per standard operating procedure.
- •Scans pallet barcode using RF equipment.
- •Moves and places product safely and securely in its proper storage location using heavy equipment.
- •Receives and evaluates printed order for order selection and preparation requirements.
- •Fills orders by accurately picking product from storage areas utilizing pre-determined product stacking guidelines.
- •Uses scanning device and computer as needed to ensure order accuracy.
- •Corrects shortages, over-counts and incorrect batch codes as needed.
- •Moves products from staging areas and/or directly from storage into trailer.
- •Inspects trucks for quality and sanitary requirements.
- •Verifies markings, trailer numbers, and shipping documents.
- •Fills truck using designated loading patterns and guidelines.
- •Properly secures the load for travel.
- 2+ years of forklift experience
- Ability to utilize RF Scanner is preferred
