The Quality Manager's, primary responsibility is to develop and implement robust quality compliance systems and processes that foster a cultivate a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Your crucial role ensures that our products and services consistently meet the highest quality standards before reaching our valued customers.

Success in this position demands a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.


Responsibilities:


Specifications and Compliance

  • Devise and review specifications for products and processes.
  • Set requirements for raw materials or intermediate products from suppliers and monitor compliance.
  • Develop effective quality control processes as necessary.

Health and Safety

  • Ensure strict adherence to health and safety guidelines and legal obligations.
  • Supervision and Guidance
  • Supervise inspectors, technicians, and other staff.
  • Provide guidance and feedback for team member improvement and growth.

Product Development Oversight

  • Oversee all product development procedures, identifying deviations from quality standards.

Final Inspection

  • Personally inspect the final product and compare properties to requirements.

Continuous Improvement

  • Lead investigations into qualityrelated incidents, customer complaints, and inspection failures.
  • Identify root causes, implement corrective and/or preventative actions, and drive continuous improvement.

Documentation and Reporting

  • Keep accurate documentation, perform statistical analysis, and submit detailed reports to appropriate executives.

Requirements and Skills:


  • Experience: Minimum of five (5) years' progressive experience in quality control preferably in technology. Experience in the food industry is a plus
  • Attention to Detail: Conscientious and responsible with a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Leadership: Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office.
  • Quality Control Knowledge: Knowledge of quality and regulatory standards and guidelines.

Pay:
$70, $95,000.00 per year
