    About the Role

    The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and senior leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR function in alignment with the organization's mission and operational goals. This includes developing and implementing HR strategies that support the evolving workforce needs, fostering an inclusive and engaging work environment, and ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations. The VP, HR will also be involved in change management, talent acquisition and retention, and will play a key role in driving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

    Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive HR leadership experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in nonprofit, healthcare, or social services settings. The role requires a national HR certification, with additional certifications in talent management and/or compensation/benefits being highly valued. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading large teams, driving organizational change, and experience in provider/clinician recruitment and retention initiatives. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to build strong relationships and lead with an engaging and collaborative style. xhmxlyz A Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree being preferred.
