    • Ability to assess patients to determine their mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
    • Competence in planning, implementing, and evaluating an individual plan of care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary health care team.
    • Skill in providing explanations and instructions to patients and responsible persons.
    • Demonstrated ability to use clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient conditions.
    • Capacity to contribute to a healthy workplace environment by managing conflict using professional communication skills.
    • Knowledge of Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care.
    • Participation in continuing education.
    • Maintenance of complete and accurate medical records.

    Description:
    This position involves working in the Operating Room.
    You will be responsible for providing care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures.

    The role requires weekend and call requirements of one weeknight and two weekend days each month, with the possibility of more based on departmental needs.

    You may also be required to float to other facilities if necessary.
    The primary focus will be on heavy orthopedics, urology, spine procedures, and robotic surgeries.
