    Job Description

    American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg night shift position in Illinois, requiring an active IL RN license and NIHSS certification.

    Responsibilities

    • Work in a Med/Surg adult unit in a hospital setting
    • Night shift position
    • Patient ratio is 5:1
    • 13-week contract assignment
    • Provide nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients
    • Care includes patients with stroke diagnoses
    • No COVID-19 vaccination required for this assignment

    Requirements

    • Active IL RN license required
    • Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg RN experience
    • Current BLS certification required
    • NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
