Job summary

The GTM Enablement Lead will be responsible for building and scaling a world-class enablement function that empowers our Sales and Post-Sales teams to succeed.
Kustomer is the industry leading conversational CRM platform perfecting every customer experience.
This role requires enabling sales productivity, driving revenue growth, and improving customer acquisition and retention.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of building a GTM Enablement function and improving team performance through impactful, scalable programs.
