- Employee will be responsible for the inspections of all samples
- Employee is required to construct an inspection report complied form the inspection that is performed
- Employee will make a disposition based on the Major, Minor and critical defect distribution
- Employee will be responsible for placing stickers on each pallet and reject repots and instructions as needed
- In the performance of the job the employee determines the sampling method, size, and testing requirements from ETB purchasing and Vendors. In the absence of a customer supplied plan and specifications a sample is selected according to American National Standard ANSI/ASQ Z1-4
- The employee must have the ability to comprehend and carry out reasonable instructions from the Incoming QC Supervisor
- To perform this position, the employee must be able to read and write English, do mathematical calculations, and read measuring equipment
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
- In the course of performing their job the employee will be required to attend two (2) safety meetings at a frequency of every month. They will follow all safety and GMP requirements of the facility and insure all Personal Protection Equipment is used dependent on the job at all times
- This position may require the employee to travel a maximum of 25% between Hayward Laboratories, East Stroudsburg location and TSI in Allentown.
