Description

Duties include but are not limited to; Dusting, mopping sweeping, cleaning windows, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, lobbys, hallways, elevators, pulling trash and switching dumpsters.

• Maintaining all common areas of high rise including amenity rooms
• Ability to operate a snow blower, vacuum, carpet shampoo machine, floor buffer, billygoat machine to name a few.
• Ability to work with variety of cleaning chemicals
• Pool Cleaning and filling as needed
• Routinely work on curb appeal outside exterior of property
• Handle snow/ice removal on property
• On call for snow removal as needed
• SNOW REMOVAL
• Must able to lift lbs. on a regular basis
• Ability to be on feet for extended period of time during 8hr shift
• Light Maintenance would be a plus
• Polite with customer service environment
• Reliable means of transportation is necessary
• Must pass criminal and substance abuse testing
