- Excellent technical knowledge of network and PC hardware.
- Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience.
- Working technical knowledge of current network protocols, operating systems, and standards.
- Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories.
- Able to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides.
- Ability to conduct research into PC issues and products as required.
- CompTIA certifications.
- Clean, refurbish and repair computer hardware.
- Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, tablets and cell phones for staff.
- Assist in hardware installation and/or de-installation.
- Assist with regular maintenance tasks on servers.
- Perform software and hardware installations and upgrades.
- Perform basic functionalities on servers (password resets, security groups, email distributions).
- Answer phone calls and email inquiries from staff and provide technical support.
- Troubleshoot problems with workstations, email, network and printers.
- Assist in the setup and training of new users.
- Other duties as assigned.

Job Description
The IT Analyst role is to support and maintain in-house computer systems, desktops, and peripherals under the direction of the IT Manager. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading Microsoft Windows-based hardware and equipment. The person will also troubleshoot other problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end user training and assistance when required. Lastly, this person serves as the first point of contact and directs unresolved issues to the next level of support.
Salary: $40,000 - $56,000 (Based on Education and Experience)
