The Outreach Assistant Program Manager works with the program's model, establishing open communication, support, and accountability among co-workers and staff in the PILOTS program.

The Support Specialist assists program participants to live independently in the community by addressing their mental and physical health, substance use, employment and housing needs.

The Support Specialist actively promotes the philosophy of the agency and maintains a high level of commitment to program participants.

PILOT's staff use a counseling approach that uses both motivational interviewing and harm-reduction.

  • Minimum one years' experience with the population.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication and must be proficient in use of computers.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.
  • Reliable automobile and valid driver's license required.
