My Responsibilities

  • You have overall responsibility for the production operations at two locations with approximately 100 employees
  • You plan targeted investment projects in close collaboration with the management
  • You coordinate and plan the output of both production sites
  • You increase the productivity and profitability of both production sites through optimization, automation, and digitalization of processes and structures
  • You manage the site based on key performance indicators and goals, including economic development
  • You are responsible for ensuring and optimizing compliance with quality standards, hygiene concepts (IFS), and occupational safety
  • You plan and manage the adherence to the allocated budget
  • You are responsible for goaloriented leadership, development, and motivation of the team through employee discussions, training, and appropriate personnel development measures

My Qualifications

  • You have an engineering and/or business degree, ideally with a focus on nutrition science or production technology
  • You have several years of professional experience in managing a production operation or unit in the food industry
  • You have experience in process and structural improvements in the areas of automation and digitalization
  • You stand out for your leadership skills combined with empathy and people skills
