What to Expect


As a Solution Engineer (m/f/d), you will support our sales partners and customers in planning and implementing IT projects and design customized solutions for the use of our document management software. If you have a keen eye for excellent problem-solving and enjoy implementing IT projects, we look forward to getting to know you.

Your tasks include:

  • You analyze the created process descriptions for the defined customer requirements and plan the implementation of the solution together with the consultant.
  • You design solutions and workflow processes tailored to the customer's needs and ensure effective use of available technologies and resources.
  • You are responsible for creating a configuration development as the basis for the smooth installation and configuration of our software.
  • You also take on the planning and implementation of extensions and upgrades, as well as special maintenance tasks.
  • You will also be responsible for conducting technical training for customers and partners.
