    Description

    Completion of daily payment system processes in relation to member's financial transactions. These processes include but are not limited to the credit unions share draft NSF and exception processing, ATM & debit card program administration, Automated Clearing House administration, Wire Transfers, Dispute Resolution, Insurance Processing, and VISA program administration.

    • Processes debit card applications and renewals
    • Perform account file maintenance on core system and verification of system upload
    • Process all approved credit card applications
    • Perform account file maintenance on core system and verification of system upload.
    • Post and process share draft returns and clearings by open of business daily
    • Post and process ACH exceptions by open of business daily
    • Provide / Assist members & branch team as needed with phone support
    • Research
    • I Pay & Home Banking Support - Reset security codes and logon ID's
    • Process Employee Check Orders
    • Alloya check Affidavits
    • Complete AVS and SSA verification requests
    • Review and Confirm any/all outgoing wire transfers as needed by Compliance
    • Process OFAC Scans
    • Post and process disputes Fraud and Non-Fraud as received from PSCU
    • Other duties/responsibilities as assigned
    • Review all activities for compliance with Bank Secrecy Act / Anti-Money Laundering / Office of Foreign Assets Control regulations and participate in annual training as required by the BSA/OFAC Compliance Officer

    Requirements
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
    • Minimum 1 year of banking experience preferred
    • High attention to detail required
    • General knowledge of share draft, debit card, ATM, ACH, and VISA Systems and processes preferred
    • Aptitude for supporting member / co-workers needs effectively and professionally
    • Team work oriented with the ability to work in a detail intense, multi-task environment
    • Sound verbal and written communication skills
