The Diakonisches Werk Roth-Schwabach is a regional provider of social services and offers a wide range of services in addition to the large area of ​​outpatient and inpatient care, including low-threshold services such as Church General Social Work.

Requirements:


Main tasks of your job:

Nursing assistants care for and support elderly people in need.

They assist with daily tasks, provide advice, motivate them to engage in meaningful activities and leisure activities, and perform nursing and medical tasks.

At the Diakonisches Werk Roth-Schwabach, we mainly employ nursing assistants in our Hans-Herbst-Haus (nursing home), Pflegeheim Am Wehr, and our outpatient Diakoniestation.


You bring with you:


  • Completed training as a nursing assistant
  • Interest and enjoyment in direct interaction with people
  • Organizational skills and a willingness to take responsibility for your own work and for the people entrusted to you
