Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

As a Marketing Coordinator at our company, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day management of our marketing strategies. Role Overview:

The Marketing Coordinator will contribute significantly to our marketing efforts by overseeing various functions. This is not your average desk job – you'll have the flexibility of working four days remotely and one day in our office.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Advertising and Promotional Materials (25%): Assist in creating promotional materials such as marketing brochures and sales kits. Manage inventory, research cost-effective suppliers, and handle orders for printed materials. Ensure all promotional items are accurate and current.
Community Development Support (25%): Prepare materials for Community Business Partner visits, organize special events, and assist in supplying necessary resources. Collaborate with account opening platforms to establish unique offer codes for CBP groups.
Rate Changes and Marketing Channels (10%): Maintain consistent communication of rate changes on various marketing platforms. Update disclosures, calculators, and website content accordingly.
Budget Tracking and Reporting (10%): Monitor the marketing budget, investigate budget differences, review invoices, and process check requests efficiently.
Member Communications and Newsletter (10%): Draft member communications, write blog posts, and curate content for quarterly newsletters.
Social Media Management (10%): Develop and execute a social media posting schedule, manage content, and monitor all social channels.
Marketing Initiative Tracking (5%): Assist in tracking and evaluating marketing initiatives and maintain the marketing page on the intranet.
Additional Duties (5%): Perform any other assigned job-related tasks.

Performance Measurements:

Execute responsibilities accurately and as per department standards.
Provide excellent service to members and employees through professional and timely communication.
Resolve inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Adhere to department service standards consistently.

Knowledge and Skills:

Experience: One to three years of relevant experience in a marketing role.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications in the field.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage and motivate others effectively. Building strong relationships with external parties is vital.
Other Skills: Proficient in PC tools, excellent organizational skills, strong verbal and written communication abilities, and adept at multitasking.
Compliance: Knowledge of Information Security, Bank Secrecy Act regulations, and company policies. Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering policies.
