Position Summary:

Industry leading children's consumer goods company is seeking an entry level Marketing Coordinator to support several managers and brands in a fast-paced and exciting environment.

This individual will work with key internal and external teams to facilitate marketing activities.

To be successful in the role, the ideal candidate will be an organized team player that can manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously while maintaining the highest level of organization.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide project management support across a broad range of marketing plans.

Manage and track day-to-day communication & development of marketing activities with both internal cross-functional team (including marketing, product development, Far East team, packaging, sales, and design) and external partners to deliver against key milestones and business needs.

Maintain key marketing documents and systems including Marketing Tracking Lists, Marketing Calendar, Marketing Assets, and approvals.

Assist with all aspects of marketing and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Daily administrative duties including but not limited to data entry, sample fulfillment and tracking, presentation & spreadsheet creation, as well as maintaining organization of marketing samples.

Requirements:
BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.

Highly motivated individual with strong work ethic.

Ability to multi-task while staying organized with strong attention to detail and superior communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)

Desire to learn and grow as a marketing professional.

Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience
