We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager for our residential Direct Sales team selling FIber Internet services.
Role Description
This is a full-time, in-field Regional Sales Manager (Fiber Internet) role that covers the eastern half of Oklahoma. This leader can be located anywhere within the region. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of direct sales representatives and developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. The position will also involve interacting with customers, maintaining a personal sales quota, coaching sales professionals, training, and collaborating with other sales leaders.
Target Income
The annual targeted income for this role is $155,280, comprised of base pay, personal sales performance, team commissions, and active head count bonuses.
