    Job Description:

    Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in healthcare, a deep understanding of healthcare systems and regulations, and a proven track record in managing product development using agile methodologies. As a Product Owner, your responsibilities will include defining the product vision, gathering requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality healthcare solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Product Vision and Strategy:
      • Define and communicate product vision aligned with business goals.
      • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in healthcare.
    • Requirement Gathering and Prioritization:
      • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements.
      • Prioritize features based on business value and customer needs.
    • Backlog Management:
      • Create and maintain the product backlog.
      • Collaborate with the development team to refine backlog items.
    • Agile Development:
      • Act as the primary contact between stakeholders and the development team.
      • Participate in agile ceremonies and provide guidance to the team.
    • User Stories and Acceptance Criteria:
      • Write clear user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
      • Ensure alignment with the product vision.
    • Stakeholder Communication:
      • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
      • Gather feedback for continuous product improvement.
    • Product Launch and Post-Launch Support:
      • Coordinate product launches and monitor post-launch performance.
      • Gather user feedback for product enhancement.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
    • Proven experience as a Product Owner in healthcare.
    • Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, regulations, and agile development.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Certification in Agile methodologies.
    • Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and product management tools.
