    3-5 Must Haves:

    • Previous development experience w/ C#.Net Azure
    • Experience as a Technical Product Manager/ Owner taking overall responsibility for an on prem or cloud based application development initiative
    • Must have proven Agile experience (SAFe)
    • Must be a driver with a strong sense of urgency

    Job Description

    The Software Product Owner has 5+ years of relevant work experience.

    As part of the solution development team, the Product Owner will take ownership of the application(s) as well as being responsible for working with software developers/ engineers and architects to provide consultative guidance and direction to the team.

    The Software Product Owner will also be responsible for building out the backlog, approving cards and moving them to completion, managing code deployment, and leading the development team members.


    Required Skills:

    • Must feel comfortable with defining and planning work for development teams
    • Previous experience as an Azure/.NET developer/ development background.
    • Experience developing native MS Azure Cloud based applications is also required
    • Experience collaborating with development and architecture teams to provide guidance on priorities
    • Must have SAFe experience or relevant Agile experience and feel comfortable leading backlog refinement sessions and demoing the work completed by the development team to a larger audience
    • Strong comfort using Azure DevOps or a similar tool (like Jira) to create work items for the development team.
    • They will need to understand cloud based as well as on-prem applications.
    • Strong understanding of Azure function apps/logic apps is required
    • The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative in scoping out work for their development team.
    • The candidate is organized, able to present/communicate in front of larger groups, able to collaborate with other teams
