As a customer advisor (m/f/d) at Telekom in Wittlich, you play a crucial role in acquiring new customers. You professionally advise them on smartphones, tablets, accessories, and mobile phone contracts. In addition, you update and record customer data in internal systems and find tailored solutions for any customer inquiries.

You act as the first point of contact (m/f/d) for tariff changes and contract extensions and develop new sales strategies.

Additionally, you ensure an attractive presentation of goods and maintain shop inventory.<
