Your main tasks:

During the 24-month trainee program, you will get to know the various areas of application at Bank11 with the goal of being taken over into a permanent position in a function that matches your qualifications and interests

In your trainee program, you will gradually learn about responsible tasks in various departments

Your focus may include areas such as strategic projects and digitalization, credit assessment, bank organization, law & compliance, internal audit, or risk management

You will support in creating reports and analyzing them

You will be involved in exciting projects and continuous process optimization in various areas

You will support the department in daily business by independently taking on tasks
