    Responsibilities:

    • Manage RBTs/BTs
    • Supervise 1:1 ABA service delivery
    • Conduct behavior assessments
    • Individualize client treatment goals
    • Coordinate with other professionals

    Requirements:

    • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
    • BCBA Certification
    • Enrollment in BCBA mentorship program for additional experience
