Experience
As an experienced chaplain, I have obtained much education and training in pursuing professional chaplaincy. Thus far, I have earned a Masters of Divinity from Chicago Theological Seminary, a Masters of Arts in American Religious History from Florida State University, and a Bachelors of Arts in Religion and Cultural Studies from the University of Central Florida. I have also completed a Clinical Pastoral Education Internship at Mease Countryside Hospital in Clearwater, FL as well as currently completing the Clinical Pastoral Education Residency at an academic research center that is Tampa General Hospital in Tampa, FL. Furthermore, I have completed fire chaplaincy training through the Federations of Fire Chaplaincy.
These trainings have granted me opportunities to work at the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office Jail as a staff chaplain and also afforded me with the blessings to serve as a Volunteer Chaplain for paramedics, EMTs, fire fighters, police, and dispatch workers through the organization: All First Responders Matter.
