We are looking for you as an
Communication Assistant (m/f/d)
Tasks:
- Handling administrative tasks for the management team, including scheduling meetings and organizing calendars
- Processing incoming mail, preparing correspondence
- Designing agendas, developing, compiling, and distributing information and presentation materials
- Organizing and supporting team meetings, workshops, and events
- Creating and executing strategic internal and management communication plans
- Providing communication support for various company and employee events
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in communication with some professional experience
- Strong English and German skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Digital competence (managing SharePoints, Microsoft Teams channels, etc.)
- Visualization skills (PowerPoint, Think-cell, Conceptboard)
