    Established 55-year-old equipment and services company is seeking a full-time

    Warehouse Manager

    for the Integrated Solutions division at our corporate office.

    We are looking for a committed individual that has excellent attention to detail skills to become a full-time member of our team.


    Daily Responsibilities:

    • Inventory Management (coordination, controls, counts) with Operations Manager.
    • Communicate with division employees regarding issues or status of parts.
    • Be flexible to support changing departmental priorities and needs.
    • Conduct physical inventory of warehouse as needed.
    • Maintain an organized and clean warehouse.
    • Receiving duties:
    o Check in all incoming shipments when they are received.

    o Inspect product and reconcile supplier packing slips with Purchase Order (PO).

    o Place equipment in proper warehouse location(s) or staging area.

    o Reporting and tracking.

    • Shipping duties:
    o Work with Operations Manager to coordinate outgoing shipments and job scheduling.

    o Package all shipments according per standard procedures and order requirements.

    o Schedule shipments, create shipping labels, and export documentation as required.


    Qualifications and Experience:

    • 3+ years of warehouse & logistics experience is preferred.
    • Familiarity with shipping regulations and preparing export documentation.
    • Ability to use a fork-lift.
    • Ability to use hand and power tools.
    • Some technical background is a plus.
    • Ability to lift 70lbs. occasionally.
    • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug screen.

    Skills:

    • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
    • Strong organization, time management, and follow-through skills are required.
    • Ability to identify problems and find effective solutions is required.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Detail oriented and self-starter preferred.
    • Ability to provide excellent customer service to our
    customers/vendors/employees.

    • Must be able to work effectively in a high stress work environment while having the ability to work as a
    team member.

    Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Some nights and weekends may apply.
