Your tasks

  • Ensuring the functionality of all tools and systems in your responsibility area
  • Conducting CAD introduction and update projects
  • Collaborating in CAD system maintenance and CAD service
  • Identifying needs and advising departments, as well as developing and implementing customized solution concepts
  • Creating guidelines and policies for service providers, users, and administrators
  • Conducting market analysis and monitoring for innovative topics and future trends
  • Managing service providers and ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs

Your profile

  • Degree in computer science, mechanical engineering, or a related field
  • Several years of experience with CAD systems, preferably SolidEdge
  • Knowledge of PLM systems
  • Experience with PDM and product development/change management processes
  • Fluent in German and good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive attitude
  • Willingness to occasionally travel for work
