Responsibilities:

Recruiting and personnel selection
Preparation and follow-up of job interviews
Creating profiles according to client needs
Qualified customer service
Comprehensive support for our temporary employees
Evaluation and invoicing of performance figures
Assistance tasks in project management / procurement management
All general assistance tasks in the HR department


Conditions:

Permanent employment
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Employment subject to social security contributions

Your Profile


Education:

Completed vocational training in the commercial sector or equivalent qualification
Preferably with professional experience


IT Skills:

MS Office (proficient in MS Office products, especially MS Excel & MS Word)
Knowledge of SAP is an advantage


Language Skills:

German - fluent
English - good knowledge


Personal Strengths:

Ability to work independently
Strong team and communication skills
