Community Liaison/Office Assistant (Full-Time, AM shifts)

Villa Redondo Care is an assisted living facility for the elderly community located in Downtown Long Beach.

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Community Liaison
who has a passion to help the elderly community and who enjoys working in a fast pace environment.

  • Manages and maintains all marketing inquiries
  • Schedules the assessments for the wellness director
  • Responsible for reviewing/filtering incoming referrals and following the guidelines on our checklist on red flagged clients
  • Responsible for documenting/data entry of marketing efforts on FES
  • Assists Administrator with outreach marketing
  • Follows up on potential residents /pre admission status updates
  • Coordinates monthly marketing events for facility
  • Maintains and reorders marketing supplies
  • Prepares licensing business files, clinical files and ALW files for moveins
  • Handles all data entry for admission process on FES (except billing and ISP/RAF)
  • Primarily responsible for entire preadmission and date of admission process
  • Follows up on ALW informing notice for residents
  • Responsible for collecting/following up on paperwork such as POLST, LIC624 for pending admission
  • Coordinates and follows up on DME equipment (oxygen, hospital bed, equipment) to ensure it is delivered prior to a resident movein
  • Delegate assignments to receptionists as needed
  • Responsible for maintaining resident roster and coordinating what room new residents will move in to
  • Works with Maintenance Coordinator to furnish a vacant room to be movein ready
  • Assists Administrator in completing Admissions Agreements for new residents as needed
  • Backup Driver
