Job Details

Join our dynamic team as a Help Desk Associate and play a key role in ensuring seamless operations for our office and field employees.

If you have a knack for troubleshooting, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills, we want you on our team

Responsibilities

Software Support:

Assist users with inquiries and problems related to installed software.

Hardware Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and resolve hardware issues specific to devices, such as connectivity problems, battery issues, and accessory malfunctions.

Device Management:

Implement and manage device management solutions to ensure devices are secure, uptodate, and compliant with company policies.

Remote Support:

Provide timely and effective remote assistance to field employees using mobile devices for daily tasks.

Network Management:

Manage network connectivity for remote users, ensuring seamless operations.
Troubleshoot networkrelated issues affecting device functionality.

Training and Documentation:

Create user guides and documentation for common software and hardware procedures.
Data Security:
Implement and enforce security measures to protect sensitive data on devices.
Educate remote users on best practices for securing information.
Documentation for Remote Setup:
Create comprehensive documentation and guides for remote employees on setting up devices.
Provide stepbystep instructions for connecting to the company's network and accessing systems.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with various departments to understand specific requirements and challenges related to device usage.
Coordinate with other IT personnel to address systemwide issues impacting processes.

Monitoring and Reporting:

Implement monitoring tools to track the performance and security of devices.
Generate reports on remote help desk activity, including common issues and resolution times.

Regular Updates and Communication:

Qualifications:

Proven experience in remote support for various devices.
Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware and software issues.
Familiarity with device and network management solutions.
Excellent communication and training abilities.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or equivalent are a plus.
