    Job Number 666172BR Description:
    We are Lockheed Martin Serve as a Contracts Manager for F-35 Sustainment Contracts team.

    The selected candidate will be responsible for a team of contracts management personnel as well as for performing all facets of contracting, proposal development, negotiation, and contract administration.

    Ensures contracts are negotiated and administered in accordance with FAR/DFAR or other terms as applicable, statutory laws and Lockheed Martin policies and procedures.

    Provides risk assessments and offers alternate approaches to mitigate risks, including contract language. Maintains record of negotiations, accurate and complete files of contractual documents and correspondence. Prepares and presents briefings to management and customers. Understands and implements Lockheed Martin policies and procedures. Develops and applies advanced concepts, techniques, standards and solutions to unusually complex problems. Provide contractual guidance to junior employees. Overtime and travel may be required to support program needs. Establishes effective working relationships with internal and external customers.

    Ability to demonstrate computer competency and the ability to work in various systems to update, maintain or extract contract data.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Contract Management Experience
    • DoD Contract Experience
    • Experience working multiple contract types (FFP, FPIF, CPFF, CPIF)
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams and interfacing with customers
    • Bachelors degree or higher from accredited college in a related discipline

    Desired Skills:

    • Experience with ECS, APTS and eIWTA systems and MS Office
    • Experience working F-35 contract actions
    • Full Spectrum Leadership skills, especially mentoring and coaching
    • Ability to comprehend complex financial and business concepts

    Security Clearance Statement:
    This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

    Remote Telework:

    The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site.

    Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.

    Work Schedules:
    Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.

    These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

    Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

    Pay Rate:


    The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $123,500 - $232,800.

    Pay Rate:


    The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $107,400 - $205,900 .

    Non-represented full-time employees:

    accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.

    Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.

    PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
