Currently, more than engineers work for us to realize and sustainably maintain new bridges, tunnels, train stations, tracks, and signal systems - but that's not nearly enough.

As an engineer at the German Railway, you can plan, manage, or supervise something that will remain:
the infrastructure for future generations.

We are currently looking for you as a project engineer for specialist planning of signaling and safety technology (m/f/d) for DB Netz AG at the Karlsruhe or Stuttgart location, starting as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

As a project engineer, you act reliably and communicatively in a small, efficient project team
You coordinate all parties involved in the project (planners, experts, contractors, etc.), act as their contact person, and ensure a seamless interaction of interfaces
You ensure the smooth progress of the project from design to final plans and coordinate with third parties
You also conduct planning and construction meetings
You keep an eye on all costs, deadlines, and quality
In addition, you review and evaluate additional requests, provide statements, and participate in negotiations

Your profile:

Successfully completed technical/university studies in electrical engineering or a similar field
You take matters into your own hands and proactively approach others
You have strong analytical skills and find suitable solutions for complex situations
You are eager to learn
