- Reference and verify the master sanitation schedule and document all cleaning and sanitizing activities
- Understand and follow all equipment cleaning SOPs
- Using the appropriate cleaning and sanitizing solution, apply to all surfaces, scrubbing all surfaces and parts as needed
- Maintain a safety and quality mindset
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior experience in a sanitation role
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to constantly stand, walk, reach with hands and stooping/kneeling
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Strong teamwork mentality and eager to work in a team environment
- Comfort working in cold and wet conditions
