**The Opportunity- Procore Systems Specialist**As a Procore Systems Specialist at Willstrong, you will be a key player in optimizing the use of the Procore platform to enhance project management and collaboration. Reporting to the appropriate supervisor, the Procore Systems Specialist will play a pivotal role in implementing, managing, and supporting Procorerelated processes, ensuring seamless integration across construction projects.
Key Responsibilities as a Procore Systems Specialist
- Procore Implementation
- Lead the implementation of Procore on construction projects, ensuring a smooth transition and integration with existing systems.
- Training and Support
- Provide training sessions to project teams and stakeholders on Procore functionalities and best practices.
- Offer ongoing support to users, addressing questions and resolving issues related to Procore.
- Configuration and Customization
- Configure and customize Procore settings to align with projectspecific requirements.
- Implement enhancements to optimize project management workflows.
- Document Control
- Oversee document control processes within Procore, ensuring accurate and uptodate project documentation.
- Review and approve project documents for compliance with Procore standards.
- Quality Control Integration
- Collaborate with Quality Control Coordinators to integrate quality control measures and inspections into Procore.
- Reporting and Analytics
- Generate reports and analytics within Procore to provide insights into project performance.
- Develop custom reports to meet project and management needs.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Facilitate effective collaboration among project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders through Procore.
- Enhance communication channels within the Procore platform.
- Continuous Improvement
- Proactively identify opportunities for improving Procore workflows and processes.
- Stay updated on Procore updates and enhancements, incorporating them into the system.
- Troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Procore functionalities, ensuring mínimal disruption to project activities.
- Data Security
- Ensure data security and confidentiality within the Procore platform.
- Project Setups and Coordination
- Assist in the coordination of new projects and set up within Procore, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
- Client and Team Relations
- Provide excellent service levels to clients and team members, both internal and external.
- Training and Education
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to Procore and project management.
- Project Closeout
- Collaborate in the review of project closeout materials related to Procore.
- Special Projects
- Undertake other duties and special projects related to Procore as needed.
Key Qualifications for the Procore Systems Specialist:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing Procore on construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction project management processes.
- Excellent communication, training, and troubleshooting skills.
- Proven ability to adapt to and implement Procore updates and enhancements.

Pay:
$67, $85,720.00 per year
