"Join our team and make it happenAs a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Understanding and translating customer requirements into internal quality standards
Actively participating in the strategic planning and implementation of quality mechanisms for our products and processes according to IATF
Monitoring quality indicators for new qualifications
Identifying and tracking quality issues and improvement measures
Creating and presenting regular reports on quality performance
Be our forward thinker and bring your expertise to the table
You are the ideal candidate if you:
Have several years of experience in a production environment, preferably in the semiconductor industry
Hold a degree in engineering, physics, chemistry or a related field, preferably in manufacturing or production technology or quality management
Possess strong teamwork and effective moderation skills
Have in-depth knowledge of quality planning (APQP, PPAP, QFD) and problem-solving methods (8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa)
Are willing to travel internationally
Have excellent written and verbal English skills."
