The Schwarz IT team manages the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions for the companies within the Schwarz Group. This includes the selection, provision, operation, and further development of IT infrastructures, platforms, and business applications. In order to support the departments in their business processes with optimal IT solutions, Schwarz IT gathers the requirements of the departments through consultation and works together with them to develop professional and high-performance IT solutions.

Your Responsibilities



We are responsible for the cloud transformation of our database technologies into our STACKIT cloud. We rely on new technologies and architectures. Personal contact and exchange at our location in Heilbronn are important elements of our collaboration and a central meeting point in our work environment. At the same time, we offer the benefits of flexible working methods and enable remote work for up to five days per week. We also take the opportunity to meet in person as a team every two weeks. Our mindset: open doors, informal culture, respect, and your ideas are always welcome.

  • You advise our internal customers on the optimal use of database technologies, taking into account commercial and technical architecture aspects
  • As a sub-project manager, you coordinate interdisciplinary teams for the sustainable implementation of agreed solutions
  • Quality, automation, state-of-the-art technology, and agile working methods are your guiding principles for daily work
  • You actively drive our cloud transformation on the database platform level
