Job Description

Nous sommes à la recherche pour le compte d'une filiale d'une banque internationale, basée à Casablanca, un Expert GED, dans le cadre du projet mise en place de la solution GED Docubase (dernière version), visant le déploiement de système de Gestion Electronique de Documents pour la gestion des contenus documentaires de tous les processus de collaboration, de capitalisation et d'échange d'informations métier.

Mission:

Inventorier l'existant documentaire
Reprendre, Analyser et le processus cible de gestion documentaire
Identifier les cas d'utilisation et établir le cahier de charge des différentes fonctionnalités à mettre en place sur la solution Docubase
Assurer le suivi et l'intégration de Docubase pour répondre aux besoin métier
Assurer le suivi de la recette et du testing des fonctionnalités.
Participer à la mise en production des solutions
Elaborer les supports de formation avec l'équipe projet
Assurer la conduite du changement.

Compétences sur les choix de solutions GED:

Participe à la définition d'une gestion électronique des documents en collaboration directe avec la DOSI & T et les métiers

Compétences projets:

Coordination d'un projet, agile de préférence, avec différentes équipes impliquées (planning, charges, budget, reporting...).

Compétences Fonctionnelles:

Bonne connaissance du métier bancaire (crédit à la consommation)
Force de proposition pour les solutions digitales.

Compétences techniques:

Très bonne maitrise des concepts de la dématérialisation.
Une bonne connaissance des solutions GED du marché
Une bonne connaissance des solutions capture
Connaissance des techniques de signature électronique et leur utilisation dans la GED.
Très bonne connaissance de l'écosystème nouvelle technologie (API, JAVA, GIT, )
Bonne connaissances en techniques et méthodes de recette et du testing .

Compétences digitalisation et usages numériques:

Participe à la définition et à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de développement des usages numériques, et aux projets sous-jacents

Savoir souhaitable:

Connaître le fonctionnement des outils de gestion électronique de documents et de dématérialisation
Etre en mesure de comprendre les architectures réseaux
Connaitre les règles de sécurité informatique
Savoir organiser et animer des groupes de travail et des réunions
Savoir animer des formations
Aisance rédactionnelle et en communication

Profil Recherché:

5 ans et plus d'expérience technique autour de la solution GED de préférence dans un milieu bancaire.

Type de contrat: Freelance

Durée de la mission: 3 mois renouvelables (Projet sur minimum 1 année)
