Full time; Schedule: Monday to Friday; First Shift
46 per hour

As a Project Engineer, you will provide leadership to individual contributors from various skill areas, managing both internal and external resources and customers.

You will develop and maintain integrated project schedules to meet ongoing and new business requirements, working closely with customers and management to obtain necessary approvals.

You will also lead the execution of Support Systems product development, identify and report project performance metrics, and provide technical and integration leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Develop and manage integrated project schedules for ongoing and new business requirements.
Identify and report project technical performance metrics.
Plan, identify, and coordinate necessary resources over the project lifecycle.
Compare actual results to baseline plans to assess performance, efficiencies, and lessons learned.
Provide technical and integration leadership for project plan development and execution.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Computer Science from an accredited institution.
~5+ years of experience leading teams or projects.
~Experience providing briefings to senior-level management.
~ Experience leading technical/source data reviews.
~ Previous experience in an organic aircraft modification environment.

Work on cutting-edge aerospace and defense projects.
