    Description

    We're working with a nationally recognized meat processor to help them identify a strong Corporate Project Engineer to support 4 facilities nationwide. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, the essential duties and responsibilities of this role include leading and assisting in the design, budgeting, and implementation of Corporate Engineering projects, coordinating with plant personnel to review project scopes and timelines, and providing assistance on projects as needed. This role also involves contributing to the development of annual budgets for the Corporate Engineering Department and offering guidance for capital projects under individual plant maintenance departments. Additionally, the position requires evaluating and prioritizing incoming projects and serving as a resource for all corporate and plant personnel. Supervisory responsibilities encompass overseeing Corporate Controls Engineers and external contractors, as well as managing plant personnel involved in corporate projects.

    Qualifications

    • BS or Associates degree with technical training related to electrical and mechanical knowledge or the equivalent technical training / work experience
    • Minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in a maintenance field, with at least 2 years holding a management position that included directing mid to large scale projects
    • Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and a basic knowledge of Auto CAD.
    • Good working knowledge of EAM 7I software.
    • Excellent electrical troubleshooting skills & s trong mechanical aptitude
    • Basic refrigeration knowledge, preferred
    This role is based in Oklahoma with an attractive compensation and relocation package. Travel requirement is expected to be around 25-30%.
